Phil Coomes
I’m based in London and work as a photographer and picture editor for the BBC News website.

I’ve worked at the BBC for many years in a number of photographic roles, from the archive to the news desk via the darkroom. The majority of my work has been for BBC News working closely with journalists on news stories and features.

I'm also a keen street photographer and to mark the end of Kodachrome 64 I completed a 64 week project that is available in book form via Blurb.

I'm a member of the BPPA, British Press Photographers association.
Robert Hughes - Photographer
I have been taking photographs on various subjects for over thirty years. My preferred medium is monochrome, using a Leica M camera, but lately with the rise of digital I am taking more images in colour.

Over the years, I have had many photographs exhibited at the annual Leica Postal Portfolios exhibition and some success at the annual print competition of The Leica Fellowship, plus entries in Creative Monochrome's annual book and in the publication Liberty and Livelihood.

Currently I am working on an ongoing photo project recording rural life in Monmouthshire and beyond. This project will be exclusively photographed in monochrome.
